- The MAS contracts you considered, noting the awardee.
- A description of the supply or service purchased.
- The price paid.
- A limited source justification, if applicable. See .
If over the simplified acquisition threshold, you also need:
- Evidence of compliance with the ordering procedures at .
- The basis for the award decision with:
- The evaluation methodology you used to select the contractor.
- The rationale for any tradeoffs you made in selection.
- A price reasonableness determination for services requiring a scope of work.
Documentation for services

- The rationale for using other than a firm fixed-priced order or a performance-based order.
